Before I share my secret home remedies, I want you to understand that when you are dealing with ayurvedic remedies, please be patient. These might not show results as quickly as Western medicine, but I can promise you that these are better for your health in the long term. These don’t have any negative effects on your internal systems and help you relieve yourself (pun intended) from the conditions and diseases you are dealing with for good. Here in this article, you’ll find 7 Ayurvedic effective remedies for good health.

7 Ayurvedic effective remedies for good health

1- Amla

This one is my favorite. Amla, I believe, is a magical gooseberry that can heal a lot of issues in your body. I have been using Amla juice to maintain my weight for ages. If you are not aware, it has high fiber content that helps in flushing out toxins from your digestive system. It also helps in improving your metabolism.

Dilute 30 mili liters of Amla juice in 1 glass of warm water.

Add one teaspoon honey, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and two tablespoons of lemon juice.

Stir the mixture well and drink it daily on an empty stomach.

2- Milk & Ghee

If you don’t want to start your day with something bitter like Amla. You can end your day with a glass of milk. As per Ayurveda, is caused when you have an aggravated Vata dosha. Vata controls air elements in your body and too much air can dry out any body organ. If you think about it, happens when there is too much dryness in your digestive system with dried-up stools causing them difficult to pass out of your colon. Therefore, one of the long-term solutions to getting rid of this problem is moisturizing and hydrating your body and balancing out your Vata dosha. One of the easiest natural remedies is to drink a glass of warm milk with one tablespoon of ghee in it. The combination of ghee and milk moisturizes your digestive system and helps in smooth bowel movements like Fildena 100 and Fildena Double 200 mg.

3- Coffee

Okay, this one’s easy. Have you ever heard someone saying that they cannot have a regular bowel movement if they don’t have a cup of coffee first? Well, caffeine in coffee is a good fix as it contracts your digestive muscles, known as a gastrocolic reflex, which pushes food out of your intestines. So, if you love coffee, make it a habit to drink one hot cuppa every morning.

4- Banana

This one is actually from my mom’s book of remedies. I never understood, during my childhood, the importance of eating a banana whenever I had. But my mother used to force me to eat 2-3 bananas and I would get relief from it. Since I have tried this remedy since I was a child, I can assure you that it would work for you too. Eat at least one banana every day and find your easy solution.

5- Triphala

Ayurveda has bestowed us with an amazing ancient mixture of three amazing herbs that work together to bring you one of the best natural remedies.

Mix one tablespoon of Triphala powder with a glass of warm water.

To add flavor, you can sprinkle some pink Himalayan salt to it, stir it well and drink on an empty stomach every day.

You can also make a Triphala-Ginger Tea. Boil grated ginger in a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Add one tablespoon Triphala powder to it and let it simmer for one minute. Drink the mixture every day.

6- Fennel

Another kitchen ingredient, Saunf can be found in our homes easily. Roast them on the pan for a few minutes and store them in an air-tight container. Flunk one teaspoon of these roasted fennel seeds with a glass of warm water before going to bed every night. The compounds in the fennel can speed up the digestive process by promoting the production of gastric juices helping you have a smooth bowel movement in the morning.

7- Bael Juice

I came across the benefits of bael fruit for digestion when I was on my road towards weight loss. Bael juice or fruit can help in flushing out excess food and toxins out of the body. It also stimulates your metabolism. This fruit is not easily available in the market but you can bael powder in the market which can be used to make bael juice. Add some jaggery to it and drink before dinner.
