Do we believe in the hereafter?
There is no scientific evidence regarding life after death, but the belief in a hereafter is quite strong among some non-religious and all religious people. Do you believe in life after death?
I have a simple question that do we think about life after death, the “akhirat”.
As Alhamdulillah! We are Muslims, it is the part of our faith to believe on the day of judgment and life after death but do we acknowledge these words?
As it is a common phrase that
Action speaks louder than words
Do our litigations, activities, and actions prove our words? Do we ever think about the day of judgment before doing anything whether it is good or bad? We assume that one day we have to stand before Allah Almighty, we will have to answer about our deeds?
Islam teaches his followers that there is life after death, and this is called Akhirah. In Islam, it is Allah who decides when an individual dies and most Muslims believe that when they die, they will stay in their graves till the Yawm al-din, the Day of Judgement.
One of the imams of Muslims explains those who trail the Islamic faith believe the soul is parted from the body during death. But the soul lives on and may visit loved ones on the 7th and 40th days after death besides one year later
After a person’s death, most Muslims believe that the soul will enter Barzakh. It is a state of waiting, till the Day of Judgement. When a person dies, their soul is taken by an Angel of death named Hazrat Azra’il. Allah sends two angels to inquire about the waiting soul.
When a human dies, his body turns to dust again, and his spirit goes back to Allah, who gave it. The spirit of every human who dies—whether unsaved or saved—returns to Allah at death. The spirit that returns to Allah at death is the snort of life.
Allah Almighty gives us two pathways to live. One pathway is selected by our Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Hazrat Musa A.S, Hazrat Ibrahim A.S, and their followers. And the other pathway which is preferred by The disbelievers, The infidels, Firon and Namrood.
It is our choice to live our life according to the teachings of our Prophet PBUH or we follow the disbelievers
The day of judgment is only known only to Allah. This biosphere will come to an end one day and Allah will destroy everything. On this day, all the people who have ever lived will be raised from death and will face judgment by Allah Almighty.
Do good deeds, they will help us in life after death.
